Mortgage Loan Pull-Through Rate The number of mortgage loans that are approved, closed and funded divided by the total number of mortgage loans applied for over the same period of time, as a percentage. See data (1864)
Average Mortgage Loan Value The average value (in dollars) of a mortgage in the bank's loan portfolio over a certain period of time. See data (1856)
