KPI Calculation Instructions Registered Financial Representatives per Trade Operations & Support Employee?

Two values are used to calculate this KPI: (1) the total number of registered financial representatives working for the company, and (2) the total number of trade operations & support employees working for the company at the time of measurement. Include both captive and independent financial representatives in the numerator of this calculation. Registered financial representatives are licensed to sell securities (stocks, bonds, options, mutual funds, etc.) on behalf of the firm. Trade operations & support employees include any employees whose responsibilities include trade order execution, post-trade processing, trade settlement resolutions, client reporting, etc.
