Resources Designed to Support Lean Investment Management Operations

What is Investment Management?

Investment Management (also sometimes referred to as\ Wealth Management or Private Wealth Management) refers to a collection of services rendered to high-net-worth-individuals, families or businesses. Services provided by investment management organizations can include investment portfolio development and management, estate planning, financial advisory services (through registered financial advisors, or robo-advisors), cash management, retirement planning, legal resources and tax strategies. While large corporations may also be Investment Management customers they would typically be serviced by the bank's Investment Banking Group (i.e., Prime Brokerage, etc.). Investment Management services are offered by both standalone companies (e.g., Fidelity, Charles Schwab, etc.) and through traditional commercial banks (e.g., Chase, Wells Fargo, etc.).
